To AutoShip a Product: 

• Trial orders are part of our auto-ship program, and by placing this order, you agree to participate in the auto-ship program. Credit cards are charged 15 days after an initial order, and subsequently every 30 days.

AutoShip Cancellations or Adjustments

At Stiff4Hours, our customers come first. We value your business and we value your well-being. That’s why all of our products are natural. That’s #1, and two, you’re in control! You can change or cancel autoshipments at any time.

There are just a few autoship rules to be followed:

• If you need to make a change to your auto-shipping account, simply email us at sales@kinevative.com with your first and last name, order number, telephone number and a message. 
• All changes must be sent to us in writing via email. Place in the subject line: AUTOSHIP and your name.

• Once we receive this information, we will promptly call you for discussion about changing either: the shipping date, extending monthly auto-ships from 30 days to 45 days, or confirming cancellations.
• You must email us at least 3 days before your auto-ship date, in order for us to make changes on time.

Fees

If we process an auto-ship order and you contact us to cancel, you will be charged the following fees: 

• 3% if the order has been processed but not shipped
• 5% and $3.95 if the order was processed and shipped (upon item return to our warehouse)
• No cancellation fee if you contact us before your auto-ship order is charged and processed
